Shuttle Transport or Taxi request

Would you like to track the hotel, car rental agency or even taxi requests your customer requires?

The new transportation fields for Pickup and Dropoff allow you to do just that, elevating your customer's experience.

Passengers that require transportation to local venues as part of your shuttle service or that need a taxi to meet them at the terminal, can have that information as part of their booking. This can be done in two ways.

  1. Your employee, at the point of departure, can ask the passenger and add it into their booking.
  2. The passenger can select from a predefined list as part of their online booking experience.  (Online availability to passengers requires one-time setup through the Booking Agent, contact us on how to do this).

The information created will be available on the printed manifest and can be used by shuttle drivers as a check-off.

Freight Drop Off & Pick Up

This new feature allows an expansion of freight capability.  The addition of fields that allow you to show who dropped off the package with an applicable tracking or waybill number. This information can be included in the email confirmation.

Then at the destination, whoever retrieves the freight has the option to add a secondary tracking or waybill number.

In addition, new status icons will allow agents to quickly review one of three status':

Freight capability will be further improved with barcode scanning features that are presently under development.
